Happy Holidays & Merry Christmas...

Wishing everyone Happy Holidays & Merry Christmas... Hope all the
best of health. Be sure to watch out for the deadly desserts. We all
know how easy it is to overindulge on those great treats. Be sure to
not forgot about your fitness during these times.
The weather is great here in California. My girlfriend & I are
heading to Joshua Tree National Park for camping, hiking, bike riding
& card games. We'll be out exploring, being sure to do some
stretching of Pilates, yoga & do some bodyweight exercises.
I'll be putting some videos together for exercises you can follow.
The stretching sure can help reduce injuries, help reduce back pain,
reduce stress, lose weight, relax, gain flexibility, gain strength,
better balance & much more. This is usually one of the fitness
components people miss in their workout routine. You can't overdo
stretching. Got2stretch for the body & mind.
