New Years Resolution?

Hi there,
Have you stuck with your New Years resolution? Was it concerning
your health? It's been a month since most people make them.
Hopefully you have stuck to your plans, So you could send more time
with loved ones.
Here's an idea for you to stick to your plans. Write down your
plan for your workouts for the month, check off each day you
complete. You should have at least 20 out of 30 completed. This
would bring you close to 70% hitting your goal. That would be a great
start for losing weight or gaining muscle.
