Whoo hoo! Refreshing after the steamroom!

Feels great after a short intense workout with some Turbulence
Training. The spending about 10 minutes in the steamroom stretching
for few minutes. Now it's time to teach an hour of Pilates & Yoga to
help others with their core, balance, reduce stress & gain flexibility.
After that will be a treat for dinner with some fresh Striped Bass
and variety of vegetables waiting at home. This will be my after
workout meal.
