Cold weather in late April?

Hope everyone is dealing ok with the strange cold weather.
I'm going to be setting up our low maintenance gardening.
Reducing the hard labor of pulling weeds. That hurts our low back, so
we be sure to stretch after our day of effort in the garden. Which
should be done morning & evening to help with your flexibility,
strengthen your core & achieve better balance. With all the movement
you can also lose weight.
Just keep being active with your life, get away from the tv &
computer. There's a world a beautiful things to see & and do.
